4. First Payment

After our initial conversation, you’ll receive a service agreement and an invoice for 50% of the project cost. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Six weeks after our detailed phone call, you’ll receive your first formula sample in the mail for testing.

6. Formula Delivery

Once you approve the sample, we’ll send the final invoice. Upon payment completion, we’ll deliver the official formula to you.

Whether you need simple formula modifications or more complex product development, such as multi-shade or over-the-counter (OTC) products, we support you at every step of the way to ensure your vision is brought to life.
 
We also offer additional services, including specialized testing and studies often required by manufacturers or retail stores.
 
Before proceeding, we recommend considering the scope of your project to ensure custom formulation is the right investment for your business. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to get started on your project

Our product development process typically takes between 6-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the formula.

A benchmark product is an existing product that matches what you aim to create in terms of texture, color, ingredients, benefits, and performance. Having a benchmark helps us understand your vision more clearly and can significantly streamline the formulation process.

That is ok! We strive to meet your expectations with excellence. You will have 3 opportunities for revisions to your formula. Typically, having a benchmark product helps prevent any miscommunication In the development stages that may occur.
