With a passion for both science and beauty, Jada brings over a decade of experience in cosmetic chemistry, reverse engineering, and research & development. Her specialties include haircare, skincare, baby care, men’s grooming, body care, and aromatherapy products. She is committed to demystifying the development process and helping other women and founders create formulas that truly reflect their brand.
